Our custom and print-on-demand items are uniquely made for you, which means we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse,

Incorrect size selection, or

Personal preference.
However, if your item arrives with an issue, such as:

A design or detail that doesn’t match your order (e.g., wrong name, color, or style), or

A printing error that impacts the final look,
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review your concerns and, where appropriate, offer a resolution, such as a replacement or partial refund.
Jewelry and Hair Accessories
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on jewelry or hair accessories.
